For those of you interested in the Paleo diet that I have nick-named the Chiropractic-Partner Diet, please be careful who you listen to regarding how to get started.
Dr. Oz thinks he made his own modifications to the Paleo diet to make it modern which defeats the purpose. Modern food is killing us! Soy milk is not Paleo. Also he sneaked in the grains. He says quality is better than quantity, so whole grains are included. That is not Paleo.
And, really? Protein only needs to be 10% of your diet. That means carbs and fat are 45% each? This is so way off track. Remember surgery is his day job and that's what he is best at.
Blogger, Nell Stephenson, writes her own critique of Dr. Oz's article which she provides a link.
